Dedication The Senior Class of 1975 proudly dedicates this yearbook to Mrs. Vallerie Hightower. Throughout our years at St. Joseph High School she has worked to preserve the ideals and principles on which a good education is based. Mrs. Hightower, a native of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas is presently working on her master's degree in English. She has shown her capabilities as a dis- tinguished leader in many areas. Among these are many hours of guidance and help as advisor of year- book staff. With her support and encouragement as our Junior Class sponsor, the year's activities proved to be a success. The willingness to tutor her students after school is another quality that is often over- looked . Mrs. Hightower, because you have given a pan of yourself to the students, you have become an inspi- ration to the school. We thank you. 4

This year found us, the students of St. Joseph High School, searching for many things. We searched for knowledge. We searched for friendship. We searched for understanding, but most important, we searched for ourselves. Our search was not always successful, and often it was a frustrating one, but it was not abandoned. 1975, our year of searching, rewarded us with good times, good friends and a record of our year so that in years to come we may look back and remember this search and be reminded of another search which we must never abandon either - the search for a better world for all mankind.
