Dr. Robert Campbell, a grad- uate of Chicago University, has previously taught at Hendrix College. He teaches Senior English. Mr. Bill Whitten, a Hendrix graduate, teaches English and German, and has taken on the duties of head coach. An SCA graduate, Mr. Carl Freyaldenhoven teaches Junior High science and moderates the Safety Council. Sister Ivan Marie is moderator of the Pep Squad and NHS. She has supervised the delegation from SJHS to the Model UN. She teaches Reli- gion and Social Studies.

Sister Mary Rupert came to St. Joseph from Baton Rouge. She teaches History and Religion in the Junior High. Sis- ter is also the librarian. St. Joseph students saw al- most an entire new faculty this year. There were seven new- comers to the faculty. They were: Sister Earl, Sister Frances, Sister Rupert, Mis. Green, Dr. Campbell, Mr. Shaw, and Mr. Whitten. One member, Mrs. Thessing, returned after a years absence. Those returning were Sister Ivan, Mr. Freyaldenhoven, and Mis. McKenzie. I Sister Frances is also a newcomer at St. Joseph. Coming here from San Antonio she took over the duties of teaching math. Chem- istry and Religion. 10 Mrs. Green taught her first year at St. Joseph this year. Bookkeeping, typing, and shorthand are her main fields. She also teaches 7th grade social studies.
