Murphy, John Radtke. OUR SCHOOL NEWSPAPER, THE BLUE JAY Way back in the roaring twenties St. Joe's had a yearbook and newspaper called The Arrow. In 1948 The Arrow was revived briefly by Brother C. Stephen who published a graduation issue. After the lapse of one year, Brother Robert started the school paper anew under the title familiar to all St. Joe men, The Blue Jay . Since then, Brother Eugene tl952l, and Brother Peter 119535 have been moderators of the Blue Jay .
