She is one of the tallest seniors. An enthusiastic l'onfraternity teacher. a cheerful worker, Flossie is always ready to help anyone at anytime. Iler one difficulty is keeping her equili- brium. How many bones have you broken in each fall. l lorence? In the senior class play. Flossie had the privilege of breaking our bee--utiful vashe -and did she do it with a bang! Florence is very much interested in Science. lVe often tind her in the lab researellingl Come back to Seton. Flossie --to college we mean. MARIE POLINO Fairmont. XV. Va. She has a natural bent for mischief. All hail to XVest Virginia! Marie goes at things with a whizz and a bang. Trouble and Marie seem synonymous. She was usually just getting out of mischief or planning to get into it. There is 11ot a nook on the IIill with which she is not familar. Her ability to sell tickets or talk one into buying chances was unsurpassed. lf you had a spare nickel, Marie eould pry it out for a good eause. Her talents have a wide range- sl1e plays the piano exceptionally well. sings, and makes a straight shot for the basket on the gym floor. llow proud we were of her on Play llay! Marie is one of our best actresses and she is our best typist. li ETTY XVOI,l+' Altoona. Penna. Her story 'tis an easy thing to know lleaven made her to be fair and true and sweet. And as was mete. earth kept her so. lIetty's radiant smile. laughing eyes, and charm- ing manner make her one of Seton's most popular girls. She is loved by everyone. For four years she has led her class in scholastic endeavors and was graduated with highest honors. Betty is a member of the National Honor Society. president of the U. S. M. C., editor-in-chief of Seton-Light and one of tl1e delegates to the C. S. M. U. Convention. Her high ideals. her generosity. her good sense- all make her an ideal Seton Hill girl. She speaks French fluently. plays the piano. sings, and rivals Ginger Rogers in her dancing. Page Fifteen
