In September, 1961, the upperclassmen quickly ushered our class into the school curriculum when they held the last real initiation. A new principal, Sister Anna Maureen, welcomed our return to school as sophomores. In the spring of '63, We honored the graduating seniors with a lunch held at the Hotel Chinook. Preparations for the Prom launched us into the deep of our junior activities. The East Side School production, based on the theme of West Side Story, entertained the entire Student Body on Frosh Night 1964. Our three day retreat at Providence Heights enriched our love of God. The intellectual, spiritual and physical development have provided us with the Christian principles necessary for our future success and happiness but this realization depends upon our proper application of these norms. Student life at SJA has taught us to shine forth with assurance and confidence.
