The People At The Top The highlight of the Administration this year is the return of Assistant Headmaster Mr. Gary Moore. After a year's leave of absence, serving as the Fish and Game Commissioner for the state of Vermont, Mjr. Moore decided to return and resume his duties at the Academy, much to our gain (and the Governor's loss). Headmaster Mayo is, of course, delighted to have his right hand man back at the Academy, and Mr. Moore is delighted to be back. It's fun working at the Academy, he explains. Mr. Mayo and the rest of the administration have been busy improving the Academy's day-to-day operation, as well as making ambitious plans for the future. Revisions in the factored grading system required a great deal of discussion and thought, effort which has paid off. The most exciting topic for consideration has been the proposed field house, which would greatly enlarge the Academy's indoor sports facility. Headmaster Mayo realizes that this is truly an ambitious untertaking, but he reasons If we can afford it, this facility will be a tremendous resource for the Academy and the community-
