Jfllfflllld Juccmafu A friend is neoer known 'til a man hath need. Although quite serene and unassuming by nature, josephine's dark eyes disguise a very active and popular friend who can demonstrate the latest dance steps as skillfully as she applies her short- hand. Swimming and ice skating produce much delight and enjoyment for her when she's not hard at work with her books. As she reminisces through her high school years our Junior Prom will always be more than just a memory to her. Her main ambition in life is to be a private secre- tary, and with such gifts of intellect and character, we know she'll attain her goal. Glee Club, Marshal, Sodality. MW' ' Wuhlbvb . Hferzaard Her voice is ever soft, gentle, and low, an excellent thing in a woman. Not one to follow a fad, Pat docs go along with those who enjoy her favorite type of music - scores from Broadway plays. Pat finds special enjoyment in science. She will always hold fond remem- brance of the Iunior Prom and Senior XVeek. XVe wish Pat the best of luck in the years of college study that lie ahead and we feel sure she will succeed in attaining her goal. Glee Club. 123 Q 5' Qffagzdzdru Q71 ffflzfea Because of truth and meekness and justice thy right hand shall conduct me wonderfully. Sincerity and meekness are the words that best describe Madge She has an amiable personality and is courteous to all. Fond of popular music, tennis and Italian food, she has always enjoyed the meatball heros on our cafeteria. The Senior Ring Ceremony was one event which Madge will never forget. Madge excels in her business sub- jects and this will help her in the future as a secretary. Yearbook T ymlst, Marshal, Class Secretary.

ew Kailua Juniata A soft answer turneth away wrath. A petite Miss is our Barbara. NVhcn asked what she enjoyed doing in her spare time she told us she enjoyed dancing and listening to music. Barbara likes school with a few omissions-tests and homework. She recalls fond memories of the Senior Dinner and the Ring Ceremony. Barbara plans to be a secretary after graduation. Marshal. 06010 Uguyfiex Nothing is so strong as gentlenessg nothing so gentle as real strength. YVe will always remember quiet, devoted Lin for her gentle smile and her soft spoken manner. She has a definite dislike for long hours of study- ing, but she considers history as her favorite su ject. Beyond doubt her good natured dispssi- tion accounts for the never ending smile w 'ch brightens her face. Lin has artistic ability which she aptly displayed as Chief Artist of the Yearbook. Upon graduation Linda plans to fulfill her role, serving Christ as a Baptistine Sister. President of Senior Chss, Vice President of Art Club, Choir, Yearbook Art Editor, Literary Club. Illlll jjoiasan A man's fortunes are the fruit of his character. XVith the vitality of a beaver, Diane has shared an important part in our lives with her unpredic- table ways and infectious humor. A glint of wit shines brightly in her delightfully amusing ad- ventures. This girl, with personality PLUS, con- siders biology and typing as her favorite subjects, although her pet peeves are tests and homework. Diane regards boat rides and skating parties with much favor. Our Junior Prom, her first at St. Iohn's with all its fascination, deserves the lime light in her book of memories. No matter what form her ambitions take, we are certain success will be hers. Glee Club. 122
