The Society sponsors a variety of presentations given by repre- sentatives of accounting firms, the government and private business. The members attend a dinner sponsored by the New York Chapter of CPA's at which time they have a chance to meet prospective employ- ers and also get to talk with accounting students from other schools. The Society runs a tutoring program whereby upperclass members donate their time and make themselves available to students exper- iencing difficulty in grasping the subject of accounting.
