Throughout the corridors and classrooms, in our halls and activity rooms, there dwells a living burning heritage. This heritage is infused into the veins of our entire Prep life, offering meaning and strength to all our endeavors. granting light, both spiritual and intellectual, in time of darkness. lt IS the Spirit of St Vincent de Paul living today in his spiritual sons the Vincentian Fathers These Priests of the Congregation of the Mission are known to us inthe role of teacher Confessor and friend lt is through their devotion to God and man that these men perpetuate the spiritual lineage begun over three hundred years ago lt is hoped that every section of this book may reflect in some small way the spirit of St Vincent Whether it bein the classroom on the ball field, the bandr om or on the stage, may it serve as a mirror for the underlying driv- ing motif of Vincentian spirit and love.
