Thls lad is one of our few local boys, hailing from St, John the Baptist Parish. Fleet footed Rudy will always be remembered for his contribution toward a winning track team. He intends to pursue a career in medicine at St. Johns College. ROBERT ARTH UR SBARBARO Intramurals l, 2, 3, 4, Biology l, French 2, Spanish 4, Committees 4. Bob, a consistent high scorer in basketball intramurals has distinguished himself at all Prep activities. He plans to continue his studies at military college and we feel cer- tain that with his easy-going personality he will make a fine success, JOHN MARSHALL SHERIDAN Basketball I, 2, 3, 4, Baseball 2, 3, Tennis 3. Handsome John, a mainstay on the Prep five for four years, has acquired numerous friends by his personality. Although un- certain about his career we are sure that he will meet success in whatever field that he may choose. A sober and intelligent student, Joe has by his industry and diligence made a mark tor himself, both scholastically and socially. He should be a qualified success in whatever field of endeavor he enters. For this reason he has made in- numerable friends while at the Prep, Walt plans to follow a career in medicine at St. John's University. RALPH ANTHONY PESIRI Biology lg Camera 2, Cheerleader 3, 4, Mathematics 4, Latin 2. Ralph, who is quite an influential figure around les femmes , is noted for his cheerful humor and slick ibut individuall dancing technique. His next four years will be spent studying medicine at St. John's University. Best Dancer 28 MARTIN JOHN MURPHY Physics 3, Library 3, 4. Although Marty hasn't been with us for four years he has become well known to all. His quiet and reserved manner has gained his classmate's respect. During his short stay at St. John's Marty has been concerned with the books-that is as a member of the Library squad. JOSEPH ANTHONY RACANIELLO Biology lg Forum 43 Track 2, 3, lntramurals l, 2, 3, 4. Joe, the ambitious type, intends to enter the business world. This Bay Ridge lady lover has a winning smile and quite a sense of humor which is sure to carry him far in the future. JOHN JAMES PEIRANO Intramurals l, 2, 3, 4, Student Council 4, Spanish 4. Big Jack, daring Sea Beach commuter from Bay Ridge, has made a host of friends during his stay at the Prep. His spirit has been exemplified in his steady performance in all intramural sports. Jack plansto fin- ish his schooling at St. John's University. GEORGE MARSHALL REAGAN Intramurals l, 2, 3, 4: Red Owl l, 2, 3, 4, Latin 3, Committees 3, 4. George's high school career has been a steady grind, His feat of completing four years of Latin will go down in history. After graduation George will attend St. John's College where his future appears as rosy as his cheeks.

Dick has been a steady high scorer both on the bowling team and in the classroom. He plans to follow a career in Engineering at New York University. We are sure Dick will run up a high score of success in the future. ROBERT JOSEPH STENGER Band l, 2, 3, 4. Harvey is short in stature but long in ability. Whenever there is a job to be done, he can always be found. His pleasant per- sonality and willingness to do work assures his future success at St. Jol'in's University. Tom is not only an outstanding star on the grid but the possessor of the quiet wit, pep, and friendliness that makes for real popu- larity. This handsome lad hails from Flushing, which he claims is God's country. We are sure that John's unassuming appearance and quiescent attitude will be in place in any social circle. His sincere, friendly and gen- erous disposition has won for him a host of friends and a bevy of admirers. Most Sophisticated PHILIP ROY TEDESCO Intramurals 2, 3, 4, Mathematics 4. Phil, who came to the Prep two years ago, has made many friends during his shortened stay at the Prep. Scholastically, Phil ranks near the top of the class. For this reason, along with pleasing personality, we are as- sured of his future success.
