Mr. Paul Stachowiak Often seen patrolling B-Level armed with a squirt gun or telling jokes, Mr. Stack is also a serious teacher of Religion. He accepts the responsibility of the Girls ' Residence. 44 ' Mme. Marleen De Bauw As the head of the French department and proprietor of the book store, Mme. De Bauw helps the students with many problems, including linguistic ones. Speaking three lan guages fluently, she provides stimulating conversation for all. Mrs. Carole Le Due Give Mrs. Le Due an entire Junior High class and she can perform miracles. This Junior High music teacher, through her infinite patience and knowledge, presents some of the best musicals St. John ' s has ever seen. The amazing part: She does it every year. Mrs. Cathrine Gist Mrs. Gist not only teaches Junior High Physics, but also has time to enjoy a dance or two. If anyone has a problem, Mrs. Gist is always happy to help and willing to talk. Mme. Francoise Peres Her English charmingly broken by French interjections, Mme. Peres is always a fun teacher to have. Her winning smile and kind firmness win her the respect and friendship of her students. Mrs. Nancy Henry Without Mrs. Henry, many people would not be as fluent in English as they are. She not only teaches extra English but is a great listener and super person.

Mr. Stephen Bartlett Active and dependable, Mr. Bartlett is a vital part of life at St. John ' s. When not teaching one of his History classes, he is busily arranging IB schedules or one of the many school trips. Although Mr. Bartlett is busy, he always has time for a few words with the students. Br. Michael Corry. FSC An important part In the structure of St. John ' s, Brother Michael shoulders many responsibilities. Although his schedule is heavy, he can often be found laughing and talking to the students, getting to know them better. Mrs. Clare Chais An invaluable asset to St. John ' s, Mrs. Chais remains one of the key people in the running and organizing of the High School. Although rarely seen, her con- tribution to the smooth functioning of the school is enormous. Mr. Jack Shull The new High School Guidance Counselor comes to us from Starvanger, Norway. Always willing to listen to any type of problem, he readily offers warm, friendly advice. Mr. Roger Moran Mr. Moran, a vital part of St. John ' s, teaches Math and Physics, runs the Boys ' Residence and takes his role of Dean of Students very seriously. Yet even that ti- tle cannot mask his caring, amusing per- sonality nor his giant heart. Mrs. Nina Timar Mrs. Timar can be seen either with her French class, or working hard in her of- fice of Student Services. Wherever she may be, people find her helpful and a good listener. 19

Miss Christine Waggoner Miss Waggoner, a Social Studies teacher and Junior High Coordinator, is always busy. Besides organizing her famous meals for classes, we really do not know what we would do without her. Mr. Eldon Kennedy Mr. Kennedy, a busy teacher, fulfills many student needs. He not only teaches English, but also Drama, Creative Writing, and Theory of Knowledge. Students especially enjoy his classes because of his outgoing personality. Mr. Jacques Van Heyningen Mr. Van Heyningen, a Science teacher here for the past two years, has many more talents he willingly uses to help or entertain the students. Mrs. Setsuko Lloyd Mrs. Lloyd comes to St. John ' s because of the great demand for Computer and Algebra classes. The whole school en- thusiastically welcomes this new asset to St. John ' s. Mrs. Sharon Kennedy St. John ' s welcomes back Mrs. Kennedy, an English teacher, for her second year of teaching. Her delightful personality is en- joyed by all. Mrs. Rita Greene Mrs. Greene, the High School Art teacher, always has a creative outlook to things. Her indispensibie help in extra- curricular activities never goes without notice. She also aids the Senior class in many areas.
