POW WOW DANC ' .. N One of the highlights of the month of November was the POW-WOW dance, typical of the many school dances. To be found there were the beaming teens who shared enthusiasm and even cokes during the evening intermissions. Round and round rhey'd go and as the evening gave way, they knew that more pleasant memories of months of growing at St. John's had been tucked away.

FANTASIA Our first annual prom was conducted at St. John on December 27. Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors all did their share decorating the gym which was miraculously transformed into a ballroom. Girls in their lovely formals and boys in their best suits danced starry-eyed to the music of the Joe Watkins Orchestra. The evening was climaxed with the crowning of Carol Coppers and Mike Dineen as Queen and King of Fantasia. The court consisted of Margaret Medulan and Dick McCormick. THE PERFECT NIGHT SAINT JOHN'S AUDITORIUM DECEMBER 27, I957 T T The Student Council, John Galvin and Regina Joyce, with the crown bearers, James Joyce and Kim Osbom, advance toward the thrones. 's The prom will linger in the memory of King Michael Dineen and Queen Carol Coppers. Their smiles express their appreciation to the student body for their election.
