OUR PRINCIPAL MR. JOHN HAUCK May I take this opportunity to express my sincere best wishes to the Senior Class of 1954. It has been enjoyable working with you as your advisor but even more noteworthy is the feeling that I will long remember of your desire to a- chieve success. With your formal education completed, keep these words in mind? The person who remains a student throughout his life is the person who will find satisfaction in living. So, Seniors, continue with your education--both in school and out--add to your wealth of knowledge--learn about new things--there's a future in continuing your education. It is my sincere hope that God may enrich your lives, that you may find continued success and that your fondest dreams become a reality. OUR SUPERINTEINDENT MR. WILLIS BARGER B. S. Agriculture Ohio State University 39 hours graduate work in education Lucas School teacher ZZ years Lucas School superintendent 8 years. Best wishes to the Senior Class and all classes in the Lucas Village School. The young people, who represent our school, have been accumulating know- ledge and experience as they advance from grade to grade. If high school students will think back to their first experiences in the elementary grades they will realize that they have come quite a way in furthering their educational opportunities. In fact, there are no limits to the educational oppor- tunities presented to the high school senior after graduation. Many students will go to college, some will be employed in gainful occupations. The need is great for trained people in the professional world. In any case a foundation built upon educational experiences will be required for success in their chosen life work. It is our sincere wish that all students and teachers enjoy their workin the Lucas School. May we express our appreciation for the student'S and teacher's co-operation of the past and hope for it in the future. .fi f
