JOHN’S BULLETIN, '22 Thomas Baker Banks Vice-President Hayne Literary Society; President Coker Literary Society; Valedictorian. “Tid-Bits.” Baker is a living illustration of the saying that “The most precious goods come in small packages.'7 From primary days up, he has been the one on whom the teacher could call when all the others failed. Application and concentration are his long suits. These, coupled with his gray matter, have earned for him the highest place in scholarship and the consequent privilege of acting as Class Valedictorian.
