S T jOHNiS RECEIVES NGA A CCREDITA TION ll The results of more than ten years of study and preparation were realized by the St. john's College faculty, its board of control and student body when the convention of the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools formally ratified a recommendation to grant NCA accreditation to St. john's. The association's motion to admit St. john's means that the college in its total educational program m e et s the high standards set by the association for excellence in teaching and the accreditation itself will lend stature for the credits completed at St. john's and offered for transfer to the senior-college lev el at other colleges and universities. With this action, both the junior college and the high school departments are accredited by the North Central Association.
