Althouqh there was always an under-current of rivalry between the Iunior and Senior classes, there was also more companionship than was to be seen among the other classes. However, this is not unusual in school life. The rivalry part results from. the all-out effort of the older and supposedly wiser Seniors tryinq to remai.n at the top in sports and othe: extra-curricular activities. The qood fea- ture of this rivalry is that it never becomes so strong as to assume the utmost support in any activities about the school. In parting, we Seniors know that the Class of 1946 will take over their duties with the same com- petence that they have shown during the three years we have been friends in St. lohn Township School.
