BOOSTER CLUB To solve financial intricacies tor the Chuting Star staff, the Booster Club remains a traditional organization of this scholastic institution. Students sell- ing at least tour year books or an ad totaling four dollars are eligible for membership. This ambitious group not only solicits ads and subscriptions but also sponsors novel entertainments from time to time. Its outstanding feature this year was an amateur contest held on the teast of St. Patrick, March l7. Invitations were extended to one and all, and they received a whole-hearted response. Much local talent was exhibited, and many contestants were drawn from the neighboring parishes. A unique program was presented consisting of instrumental music singing dancing impersonations and comedy.
