The season's record was four wins, three losses and one tie. The three losses carrie in away games. St. John dropped its first t'vo games of the season. They lost the first game to Rockford, 33 to 13. After this, St. John began to show better form and started to roll by knocking off Hicksville, 13 to 6. The next game, the Blu-Jays tied the strong Versailles team 6 to 6. Kicking it into high gear, the Blu-Jays ran over Bradford 64 to 6. Piqua Catholic won the next victim of the Blu-Jays, In the St. John Blu-Jays next game they were edged out by Coldwater 14 to 13. The last game of the season, the Blu-Jays came back to down Ansonia 57 to 0.
