otclaecwcl Elected by students to represent the school at the council, members are found to be leaders, alert to the needs of everyone concerned, willing to sacrifice time and effort for the success of their activities and cooperative with school principles. Each club places its confidence in these members and seeks their advice and help in their own undertakings. All unusual affairs and chores be- come their responsibility. lnstructions are sure to be carried out when Student Council President, Mary Alyce Maresh, instructs cheer- leaders in planning the Bonfire Rally Inter-club co- operation leads to greater efficiency of activities. Bev Stachowski takes notes for the student cauncil. Dolores Nagy, Joyce Kehny Pat Sotak, and Bev Szymczak repre- sent the cheerleaders. Richard Polevka anxiously peers into the bookstore to see if that new Biology book is in, while Rav Slusarczyk and Frances Chmura make sure they have enough money for that Sc pencil.
