They know that through hard work alone they will achieve success. Accepting Mary as their source of sustenance they apply every effort to accomplish victories, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. The boys look forward to W Classrooms take on a festive look as Christmas draws near - Bulletin boards are arranged, decorations ornament the walls, windows, and ceilings, trees are set up and finally gifts are exchanged. They have become more than words to the average science student at Contius. The science program is designed to open new avenues of thought and experiences. The general science class orientates the mind of the freshman toward solving prob- Iems according to the scientific method. It prepares him for the more specialized fields of science, chemistry, and biology. The chemistry class challenges him to explore the composition of matter. Biology fasci- nates him as he studies the structure of liv- ing things.
