df owz ncaa . Grace and decorum characterize the social affairs at St. john Cantius High. During the Student Council Swing the camera is focused on Rita Kochera, George Kucinich, Patricia Virostek, Lawrence Henry, Leona Kaczmarek, and John Tancak. One of the most democratic movements in the school was the organization of the Student Council with Mr. Buturain as advisor. Honored guests at the dance receive boutonniers and corsages from Rita Kochera and Lucille Stofey. The Student Council sponsors The Cupid's Frolic on Valen- tines Day.

Girls' physical education instructor, Mrs. Ristow, maps out new plays with Josephine Niziolelc, Mary Kordis, Dolores Wayda, and Barbara Ryba. Agility and alertness characterize intramural basket- ball.
