mnllll... Viv.. l E I f Y The Pens Write On . . . I Before we finally close the door in the senior assem- bly we look around the room for perhaps the last time. We see how neat it is and remember the hectic days before this Yearbook went to press. The big desk up in front, was, at times so littered with papers there was no place to write or even sit. The hurried conferences and last min- ute changes, the noise of thirty-one seniors all with terrific new ideas. Then frenzied rush to get those cut-lines written l and captions typed. All is quiet now. The big desk is cleared of everything. No absolute deadlines . . . No one is yelling, l've got an idea! The room is empty but the memories still cling to the walls . . . the walls which enclosed us as we put this, the final edition of our yearbook, the Profile, to press. We, the co-editors, wish to thank sincerely all those who, through their cooperation and patronage, have made this, the last high school publication from Saint Jean's High School possible. For the past twenty-five years the Pastors and their assistants, together with the Sisters of Mercy, have helped, admonished, sympathized and prayed for us and our pred- ecessors. They have always shown a helpful interest in the school publications.
