RITA FEUERBORN We have spent twelve years in school acquiring knowledge and developing our character. During our school life it has been our duty to strive for efficiency under the guidance of our instructors lt is now the time to go out into the world where our advancement depends largely upon our individual efforts. While we may achieve fame, the all-important attainment is Christian character. Our parents and teachers have sacrificed for us. They have emphasized that for the Christian student, the model of char- acter is Christ. Now, as we assume greater responsibilities, we recall with deep gratitude those who prepared us for our future So we say thank you for everything. We shall try to make ourselves worthy of the kindness and assistance lavished upon us We shall use our knowledge and training to fulfill worthily that position awaiting us in the world today, where we must Build for Character not for Fame. S Greetings to our parents, our pastors, our teachers and to all who have aided 'us in making our school days a pleasure and a success. Graduation marks a great milestone in our lives. Through it we are introduced to a new world. Today we relinquish the guiding hand of our teachers, the Sisters of Mercy, who have given us cu complete Christian education, as well as a preview of what we are to expect in the future. We feel honored to be the Silver Jubilee Class - followers of illustrious groups who have played important roles in the drama of progress during the last twenty-five years. While we salute the past and its achievements, we look to the future for opportunities for service, leadership and char- acter development. - Rita Feuerborn - David 5Chl0tt DAVID scHLoT1 9
