With and For Others In 1521 Saint Ignatius of Loyola embarked on his journey to promote faith and education-to forge a better community. As a community at SI, we incorporate A.M.D.G. into our everyday lives. As we take our daily steps through the halls, we observe the reoccurring concept of working together for a stronger future. Parents, teachers, and administration are always there to support our decisions, and through their examples we learn to follow similar paths. Every Friday morning we witness the bonding of Men and Women to celebrate liturgy in Orradre Chapel. Saying the Prayer of St. Ignatius before practices, performances, and games reminds us that we work hard with and for each other. The “Fight Song” that echoes across the arena, whether we win or lose, exemplifies the support and love we have for each other through everything. No matter what happens after our journey at SI, we know we will always be Men and Women with and for others. 2 Ignatian 2010
