The music is always a very important part of the Mass. the Magazine Drive is used to pay for incentives for kids to sell more magazines. The biggest prize each year is a trip to Hawaii. orchestra practices for three months, t 6:45 to 9:30 at night to prepare ofr iter Pops. The show is always highly essful; it is normally sold out before freshmen even know the tickets are on The choirs also perform at Winter Pops. They join the orchestra on stage inb the finale, this year it was taken from Les Mise rabies.

oi s uitin scholars hail no trouble dressing up for Greek Mythology Day. Spirit Weeks this year combined traditions such as Hawiian Day and Red and Blue Day with new ideas, such as Salad Dressing Day. Saint Ignatius begins its year with the Mass of the Holy Spirit. Students walk to Holy Name Church for the mass, which features music performed by the students. The Dance Concert is also an event that is highly anticipated. The show features a variety of choreographers, including several seniors. Rallies this year were a measurable improvement over the past years. They always feature spotlights and exciting music, this year it also featured a dodgehall game.

The week before the Bruce Mahoney’ students get a break from the their usual polo and khakis and dress up in theme. This year the Student Council chose; Monday, mix and match; Tuesday, Greek mythology: Wednesday, decades (freshmen 80'$. sophomores 70’, The outfits mirror the diversity of the school. 'Anna Synder '05 juniors 60's, seniors 50’s); Thursday, Training Day; Friday, Red and Blue Day. Homeroom classes chose the most spirit to go to the student center to complete with other. The people who were ehoosen as the most spirited for the day recicvvd a free ticket to the Bruce Football game.
