STUDENT COUNCIL AND NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY The STUDENT COUNCIL is com- posed of 3 members of each class, who are elected by their fellow classmates. They plan the assem- blies, homecoming events, and other happenings in the school. This year the members spent a day attending other schools in our area. This was done so students could see how the other schools were run and to meet other peo- ple. The NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY is one of the most prestigious clubs we have at St. Henry. Only distinguished members of the senior and junior class are select- ed. To be nominated, you must have an A or B average. They are elected into the society by their character, scholarship, lead- ership, and service. The society held their annual induction where the parents were invited. Each year the club decorates for Christ- mas. Mr. William Tremper is the advisor of the National Honor So- ciety.
