MRS JAMIESON 1 -' FALL SENIOR OFFICERS PRESIDENT SECRETARY Joe Calizzo Donna Bray VICE-PRESIDENT TREASURER Jere Jones Pat Connolly lnot picturedl When the Class of '55 entered St. Helena High School four years ago as freshmen, they were shy and perhaps a little frightened, but with the help of their advisors, Miss Crary and Mr. Passalacqua, they soon felt very much at home. As part of getting acquainted, the girls were initiated into the G. A. A.: and even though they had to wear weird costumes, they enioyed every minute of it. One of their first social events was the Freshmen Return, which was very successful. In their sophomore year, the Class of '55 had a new class advisor who took Miss Crary's place. She was Mrs. Claudine Liati, who for two years was a great help in planning class activities. Her untimely death at the end of the iunior year was a great loss which was felt deeply by every member of the class. The Junior Dinner Dance was an occasion which the Class of '55 will al- ways remember, but the best event of that same year was the Senior Ball. The iuniors worked hard and made clever decorations for the theme Stairway to the Stars. This year Mrs. Jamieson, who was appointed to succeed Mrs. Liati, and ff
