QRGS As the oflicial organ of St. Helena's the CROSS- CROWN, since its foundation in 1954, has provided the school with popular entertainment and enjoyment. All of the school activities including religion. sports, drama, news, and general gossip are represented in this publication. Already a member of the National Scholastic Press Association, the CROSS-CROWN staff now numbers 28 members. Under the skillful and highly successful direction of Bro. Paul Michael the CROSS-CROWN has pro- duced, and continues to produce, masterful artistic and literary achievement. Published four times a year in November, january, March, and june by the stu- dents of St. Helena's, it is anxiously awaited by many. Bro. Paul Michael has provided the experienced guidance which has made it possible for the members QRWWN of the staff to work to the best of their ability. Many hours of perseverance and hard work are spent in the production of every issue. Information must be gathered, articles must be written, and numerous pictures must be taken and developed for every issue. Bro. Paul provides the spark and journalistic knowledge necessary to prepare a paper of such high caliber. The motto of the CROSS-CROWN of speed and accuracy does not go unrewarded. All the members of the staH gain needed experience for the future in the acquiring of journalistic knowledge.
