Red recalls to mind the Pentecostal Living Firew of thc Holy Spirit. Be faithful in the pur- suit of true knowledge and wisdom under His guidance. Black is emblematic of penance. You must live well to die well, and in our lives penance is a necessary part of the program. Your colors are cardinal colors. Devotedly follow and cling to the things of cardinal im- portance-the moral virtues of prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance on which the other moral virtues depend. You may never be called to lay clown your lives for your Catholic ideals. The important thing for you to do is to live for them. Remember always: Life here is but a preparation for the future life.
