VL ILT ' 1 N' , N L-- fi ,Wg 3 f I I ' 5 Jbv Az X L I -Il if 1 CATHERINE M. NORTH THOMAS C. CYDONNELL LUCILLE M. ITROURKE SAINT GABmEL's SAINT GABRIELlS SAINT GABRIELlS Loads-of-fun, is all that is needed to perfectly describe Kay. Always genial, any gath- ering is lightened by her un- limited supply of anecdotes and facial expressions. Her quick wit give her an answer to every inquiry and a solu- tion to every predicament. Those qualities make her everybody's friend, a fact of which she can well be proud. She was perhaps the only stu- dent able to start Monday morning with a song on her lips. Missi ons, Camera. uSpeed Bill best typifies G'Snuffy , a mainstay of the class and the basketball team for the past three years. Never worried or hurried he made the system fit him. He found enough time to star, play a fine game of basket- ball, keep up in his class, and act as Senior Class President. Some of us might forget what a Brain or Athlete he was, but none will ever forget his wonderful sense of humor, his ready smile, his mile-wide heart, and his willingness to pitch in no matter what the task. Missions, Basketball, President Senior Class. This distinguished class- mate, affectionately referred to by her friends as Lucille, is the personifieation of that adage, 'imighty oaks from little aeorns grow . For though Lucille is small in stature, there is an atmos- phere of magnanimity about her, and her host of friends is large. She approaches studies, as every difiicult task, with a zest, and there is no time in her program for contempla- tion of defeat. Lucille's source of energy and peerless cheer- fulness was a mystery to all. Missions, Oratoriczll, Language., Angelus, Dramutics. 28

A good student, a smooth dancer, and a must in every activity, Mary proved invaluable in any gathering. Those of us who knew her will remember her for her ability to get along with the gang and the tenacious determination with which she stuck to anything she undertook. A mild, good-naturcd, lazi- ness concealed an intelligence he was able to exercise only under pressure of the slave-driving academies. This lad liked a good time and many a female will attest to his capability on the dance floor. His enthusiasm in all unilcr- takings, no matter how difficult, was his inherent charac- teristic. So when v0u're feeling low and have that tired out feeling, look for the Baron. Dramalics, Missions.
