She relaxed the no-snare, no-delusion way by exercising her very fine tastes in dancing, music, movies, and literature. HYDOCK GOOD S HEPHERD, DRUMS A serious attitude with a cheery smile, a passion for an evening dance, and a natural ability in all things academic made Dorothy popular with everyone with whom she came in contact. Her unstint- ing cooperation and unswerv- ing attention to duty have been her consistent classmark. Her level head and frank manner have been a good in- fluence in everyone around her, and it is a proud person who can say they knew her, for in Dorothy, we have a true friend for life. When the students wanted some profes- sional dope about the school, G'Janie was their woman. Ever ready to enter heated, though friendly, discussions on any subjects from boys to the classics, Jane could be found in the midst of any session worthy of the name. Her wealth of general infor- mation always made her the envy of her classmates. MARTHA MARY JOHNSON SAINT GABRIELWS Martha is one of those few people one meets who may be placed in the coveted cate- gory of being adaptable to any environment or situation. Her spontaneous personality, quick wit and easy affability are qualities in her general make up that make her im- mediately liked by all. Close association with her reveals a more serious side, embody- ing a rarely encountered depth of understanding and sincerity. An amiable disposi- tion and ready answer always kept us on our toes while carrying on our little feuds. This versatile and widely in- formed wit gained her knowledge from her own library, consisting of all the better magazines published. She spent more time reading from it than she did from her texts. A lover of good music, and an admirer of quick humor, Emily is bound to be an asset to any social life. Never a day passed without his wild com- plaints about something. Books have been disturbing to Larry whose physical appetite overshadows his mental one.
