The typing courses are usually overcrowded because typing is so much easier to read than some Ionghand! During one of the geometry classes Rosa Vaughn explains why veritcal angles are equal. Angles, lines, circles and figures of all types are part of the geometry course. Logarithms and the use of the slide rule are new mathematical con- cepts learned by trigonometry students. To many algebra students symbols, equations and graphs spell despair, but Barbara Steffan and Judy Navickas seem to understand them perfectly.
