English Spoken Here? The subject in which we have the most practice often seems to be the most difficult. Many times the basic idea of com- munication is lost in a maze of gerunds, participles, and abla- tive absolutes, making English seem more like a foreign lan- guage than a native tongue. Literature must, at times, be translated before it can be analyzed . . . a native tongue indeed! The English headmas- ters at St. Francis include Fr. William Fisher, Fr. james Pre- ntice, Fr. Edward Chrzanowski, Rev Mr. Pat Geraghty, Gene Antoszewski, Larry jankowski and Robert Stucker.

A word of advice from the sage: If you don't know what you're doing, do it neatly. The Games Scientists Play
