LOUISIANA GREETINGS ToReverend Francis Carney,S.S.J., the Rector, and to his de- voted parishioners and the Sisters of the Holy Family as well as to the pupils associated with the Schools of St. Francis Xavier in BatonRouge we are happy to extend our warmest felicitations and best wishes for the success of the construction of a new school building. May this also serve to express our appreciation of the gener- osity of the congregation in support of Catholic education for the benefit oftheir children. We realize that this service entails many sacrifices, but we are also confident that God bestows many blessings in return for these sacrifices. Undoubtedly the con- viction that Catholic education is one of our most important duties and responsibilities will prompt the parishioners to carry on faithfully their spirit of generosity towards the new building pro- gram.
