Kathleen McLellan thinks it is so much easier when two girls work together, so she dictates this long algebra problem to Nancy Doyle who gladly accepts her help. Both girls are in Sophomore Two. Nancy Couchon and Angela Ricci of Sophomore Three set up the audio-visual pro- jector which will be used in class as a competent teach- ing device. Of this years sophomore class, Sophomore One and Two have entered the college preparatory group. Under the guidance of their homeroom teachers, Sister lxlary Colette, RSM.. and Sister Mary' Anastasia. R.S.M., these girls are required to study religion, English, and French. Depending on whether they take classical or scientific course, these students may elect algebra, biology, general math, or Latin. To broaden the experience of the eollegefbound girl. art appreciation, music, and guidance are also required. Physical edu' cation completes the course for the college preparatory sophomores.
