H Qraaluateis prayer Dear God, All other decisions made throughout our lives are sud- denly insignificant, in the face of the greatest. In years to come, when, with Your help we have found our tiny places in this world, we will doubtless recall the alpine proportions with which it looms at present, lightly. It is to us now a mountainous problem, for, in taking the next step we must possess a definite aim. We must know where we are going and then resolve on getting there. You have given to each of us certain gifts-gifts that You have commanded us to utilize. Dear God, help us to recognize these gifts and upon recognizing, help us to employ them for You. We need the Light of Faith. Instill it firmly within us that we may realize it, appreciate it, keep it. We need the Light of hopeg to use, perhaps, as a crutch, when weary, along life's way. Most of all, Dear God, we need the glorious Light of Your love, a love we know more infinite than time, more endless than space. With these, then, we shall be far richer than any earthly potentate, for our wealth will be eternal. It will endure forever, after the brightness of mundane opulence has dimmed. With these we shall be better able to progress along the pathway of life, imbued with a shining faith, strengthened by a glistening hope, blessed by a radiant Love. It is truly a mountain that challenges us. We can ascend with ease but in which direction? Dear God, call us to our individual ways. Now, upon our graduation, show us, guide us, enlighten us. Amen.
