egion o ary As little children, we were told prayers to Mary would obtain from her Son our special intentions. Legionnaires honor her weekly with a meeting of prayer and thanksgiving and an hour of charitable works, i.e., visiting the hospitalized and the blind, making rosaries, etc. The Legion has so influenced Xavierites that this year over eleven dozen dolls were dressed for Christmas distribution among less fortunate children. lt is our joy, the praesiclium, Mater lNIisericordiae, has been inaugurated by the alumnae in order that our graduates may always be as little children to Mary. During Christmas time the girls gave generously to help support the little ones of China and the Lenten mite boxes were filled to capacity.
