LONGFELLOW The Saint Francis choristers have found music a notable means of expressing their joy and sadness throughout the past year. Under the capable direction of Mrs. Ruth Gallegos during the first semester, and of Sister Miriam during the second, the girls have carried out a full, but enjoyable musical program. Their schedule included singing for the Freshmen Parents' Day and other school functions, participation in the annual Christmas festival at Kapiolani Park and providing the indispensable music for our own graduation. Chorus accompanists Mary June and Edna smile happily after a day's work. Saint Francis Choristers In row, left to rigbt: P. Harakuni, A. Brito, D. Lee, I. Yee, C. Nakama, K. Mekata, L. Brito, A. Literary Staff, R. Miyashiro, C Yim, I. Cabag, J. Lee. The TTOU LCICIIOU 7' Staff members of the 1951 TROUBADOUR have united their efforts to put forth an annual which would present a picture story of the ideals and characteristics of St. Francis students. Ever mindful of the necessity for improvement we have done our best, and hope that those who carry this responsibility for years to come will continue to do so. Wie hope the undying voice of St. Francis will always speak in The Troubadour, an un- ceasing cry of love in the wilderness. TROUBADOUR typists, C. Lee, W. Larm, R. Manaois, L.
