.M First Semester: Tony Karls Second Semester: Joe Hornacek Steve Umhoefer hCum ramis palmarum . . uQuam delecta tabernacula tua read the words of the psalmist; although the de- light he referred to was principally a spir- itual joy, who can doubt that external beauty of the place of worship was im- portant. It still is. And if the chapel is wcll-ordered and on occasion beautiful, much of the credit goes to the sacristans who 5 end more time at their work than the orginary citizen appreciates. There are Mass vestments to be set out each day, altars to be prepared, etc., etc. Fr. Doheny chose four students this year, and they did excellent work. gee Hornacek, Steve Um- hocfcr, John She esta, and Tony Karls are in a fine tradition and have not failed that tradition. sodality What is becoming clearer to the world is this truth: God's Mother Mary is not a convenience afforded to fortunate Catholics; she is a means necessary, in Godis will, to the salvation of mankind. Just as many have to learn about Christ's mediatorship, more have as yet to learn of Mary's impor- tance. If students for the priesthood were unaware of Mary's eminence, it would be tragic. But such is not going to be the situation. Father James Doheny, sodality moder- ator, cares for the significant So- dality of the Blessed Virgin Mary, one dear to the hearts of the stu- dents. It is an honor society for all. OFFICERS Joe Hornacck, Prefect; Fr. Doheny: Urban Klostermann, V. Pref., Russell Stommel, Secretary: Bob Taylor, Treasurer. All Souls' Day Reception of new students into me sodality.
