Witharecord of 12 wins against 9 losses, the '54-'55 team proved the best in St. Fran- cis history. The foundation for the top- notch team were Lettermen Larry Walsh, StewartRobertson,Lenus Jans, Frank Cer- koney, Carlo Barbisan, Loren Tuski, and Joe Heitzman. ln league play, the Saints took the District 2 championship. ln her first District Tournament contest, St. Fran- cis upset Springfield, 49-44.
