With an overall record of 15-8 and a league mark of 8-3, the Cardiac Kids placed third in the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League. Included in the overall record was a third place finish in the Piedmont Hills Tournament. Con- gratulations to Coach lvers and his Kids for a great season. Donna Callejon was named to the All-League team and was voted Most Valuable lnfielder. Cathy Giguiere and Karen Keller were given All-League honors and were voted Most Valuable Outfielder and MVP, respectively. Rosie Hinojosa was named to the All-League team, honorable mention. gee gee Qaeeee -1 The St. Francis Badminton Team had a large team this year with a lot of very en- thusiastic girls. The team took fourth place in the league. But whether they won or lost, their spirit, and support was always there. Coach Osterman was both a helpful and fun coach, she kept the team together. Unfortunately, they lost quite a few seniors, but the non-experi- enced underclassmen are looking for- ward to another fantastic season next year. Watch the birdie! 36 Badminton
