waeexesa See. . . The California Scholarship Federation, moderated by Mr. Molnar, is an academic honor society encouraging scholarship and service to the school. A tutoring program is run by the club wherein members aid underclassmen in their academic studies. Membership is based entirely on grades. There are thirty-three life members who have belonged for five of the six semesters of the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grades. Mark McMahon stumped!! There are also seventy-one semester members. i Y' ?eee e eeeeee Eeee The S Club has had a great year in '78-'79, With over 225 members, few school events were held without a member present helping in service or clean-up. Moder- ated by Sr. Patricia Ann and Sr. Patrice McGee, the girls served at many functions. Their main event is the bi-annual blood drive, held once in the fall and once in the spring. They also have helped out at a senior citizens center as well as sewing at sports banquets, luncheons and dinners. A recent activity just started this year was an exchange of clothes and money with foreign missions in Bangladesh and Uganda.
