The isegion of Mary is dedicated to the Mother oi God. lt is priv- ileged to be one of her allies and as such to help her wage war against the evils of todav. Members ofthis worldwide organization are convinced that it is not enough to pray but that they must be devoted to Mary in an active way. Thus each member is obligated each week to do something in the spirit of obedience. The task is assigned by the President of the Praesidium. The members of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Praesidium, students of St. Francis High School, assist with the monthly Birthday Party at St. Anthonys Home tor the Aged, visit the residents, provide a nursery ior the children during the Sunday Iwiass at St. Mary' S Cath- edral, maintainapamphlet rack at the County Courthouse, the Wa- bash Railroad Station, St. Elizabeth Hospital, and visit the patients at the hospital.
