irI's Tennis linio abl By: Anne Spurgeon Equipped with experienced person- nel and facing some of the finest op- ponents in the Columbus area, the DeSales girls tennis team has posted a winning record of eleven wins to seven losses. When asked about completing her fourth season with the team, senior Michelle Conkle commented, the coaches effected me with the desire to win. Michelle Conkle got involved with tennis in her freshman year because she wanted to be in as much as she could and she enjoyed tennis over volleyball. What made tennis so enjoyable for her? Michelle feels Stephinie Hales assisted by her husband Tom were great coaches. They were enjoyable while at the same time supportive and helpful. I a . je ---..N , Faculty show their spirit.
