JE 'ld QQLHZEI2 As the apprentice puppeteer tries to mould his first little marionette from soft pine wood, the underclassmen take pliant material--their character--and with the aid of their directors proceed to shape a noble feminine personality with the Mother of God as a helpful model. If the puppeteer makes a slip with his tool, he removes it by shaving it away and begins once more. So the underclassmen learn to profit from their mistakes and become a little more humble in the fulfillment of their tasks.

Spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social aspects provide an opportunity for these rookies to become polished performers.
