FQREVN GRD To honor Ou Lady during the Harlan Year, we the seniors of l95h, are humbly and lovingly dedi eating our annual to her IH ACULLTI COICBPTION This yearbook is to show our willingness to heed her request for bettering our own lives and advancing the victory of God's Kingdom on earth She, who through her sinlessness and fullness of grace has been God's instrument in crushing the head of Satan, will assist us in our conflict with the evil forces around us and thereby help as pro note peace and happiness in this world Ls so have looked tc her as our model and Heavenly Mother throughout this last year, we want to fix in print some of the happy associations and experiences we had under her patronage and so aid our memories in recalling the refreshing joys of our youth To show the connection of all our acti vities with the spirit of the Marian Year, we have selected for our division pages five titles of Our Lady as they appear in her well known Litany Their symbolic presentations invite to loving meditation we deeply appreciate all assistance given us in conceiving this thene of honoring Our Lady, in developing it as a class prcject,and then actually wish to thank Rev Father S alley, who has gratui tously given us some of his best camera shots, and the Sisters from the St Francis Vest ent Depart ment who have drawn for our dedication page a pic ture of the Inlaculate Conception as Sm John de scribes it in the Apocalypse and the symbols for our division pages They also have done the lay out work wa acknowledge the services of Scherling Studio for the group photographs, and above all, the kindness of the business men from Hankinscn and Hantador who have given us financial support Hay 15 oe your pleasure, dear Reader, to en joy our MEMORIES of l95h, and may you join us in showing sincere appreeiatis and patronage tc all who have made it possible fer us T completing it for the printer.
