10 Renewal Movement Demands More Involvement, Concern Christianity in renewal is the topic of the day. In an all out effort for more communication, renewal groups have been organized outside school for both young and old. Yet the renewal influence bears directly upon the method and material in classroom religion study. In reality seniors take a marriage course which gradually broadens in- to a sociology class while underclassmen study various aspects of the Bi- ble. But because the modern Christian must be aware and involved in the world around him, it is not unusual to hear religion discussions cen- tered on civil rights, politics, open housing, Vietnam ...
