72 “EB” Club Twenty-five men who have earned “E” monograms at St. Edward’s make up the “E” Club which strives to coordinate students in working not as individuals, but as Edsmen. This group sponsored the Bill O’Hare Day, which included an exhibition basketball game with Huston-Tillot- son, the proceeds of which were sent to Mr. O’Hare who is confined in the hospital, recuperating from poliomyelitis. Another project for the club was Fight Night, a success- ful evening of exhibition boxing, championship bouts, and the comic Battle Royal. Celebrating the open- ing of the basketball season, the club sponsored a dance in the gym- nasium in October.
