The purpose of the Forum is to supplement class- room education with actual business operations. To achieve this purpose the Forum sponsored an informal talk by representatives from Inves- tors Diversified Service and toured such places as Alcoa, Jefferson Chemical Laboratories, Austex Chili, the Pearl Brewery, Austin National Bank, Woodward Furniture Co., and an oil company. The Forum also sponsors a dance and co-sponsors a picnic with the Knights of Colum- bus.
