rorcsworw You hold within your hands the 1961 EDWARDIAN. lt has a history. Years ago a group ofstudentsthoughtenough oftheir hdlovfclassrnates, members of teams and organizations, and the faculty members who taught them,to Want a photographic remembrance of all these things and other bits of information which they thought time might erase from the memory. It was thus they hit upon the idea of a yearbook which would contain all of these things. With them the idea was immediate, spontaneous, personal, and something urgent. They set about achieving what they wanted with dnigence and snnplkity. That original intent, that first personal feeling,no doubt passed on to cnher classes untN.the yearbook becanne an estabhshed and accepted part of the picture of things which belong in the school. But things seldom rennain sirnple. E3rofessiona1 publications involving rnucli experience, talent, time, and expense have become objects to which the high school publication often aspires.
